New Referral Types, Worklist and Referral Wizard Improvements (v1.25)

**New Features**
New Referral Type: Request a Referral
• Inbound users can now request a referral from Clarity Connected referring providers. A new radio button will appear at the top of the Referral Details screen in the referral creation tool (Referral Wizard). Please contact Clarity for assistance activating this feature (csc@scisolutions.com)
New Referral Type: Inbound Referral (Tracking Only)
• Inbound practices can now track all inbound referrals on a single worklist by creating an inbound referral for Tracking Purposes only. This feature is currently restricted referrals received from Offline providers and orders with Skip Insurance priority. Please contact Clarity for assistance activating this feature (csc@scisolutions.com).
Updates for All Referral Users
• Worklist options – Payer is now available as a column in the worklist as well as a searchable/filterable field.
Updates for Outbound Referral Users
• Ability to Change Stage on All Referrals – Outbound users can now change the Stage on all processed Outbound Referrals from the worklist and referral summary screens.
• Improvements to Referral Creation Tool
– An asterisk (*) displays next to each required fields for your convenience.
– Routine Care has been removed from the Action Requested dropdown list. Please use Evaluate & Treat as a suitable replacement.
Updates for Inbound Referral Users
• Assign a referral to a Provider – For referrals sent to a practice, the Clarity-Connected Practice can assign the referral to Provider. Note that this is for tracking purposes only, and the authorization obtained by the Clarity Service Center will remain for the Practice only.
